  10. Make them to practice I will keep my looms and workspace under my responsibility clean and free from unwanted materials Design or product intended will be recorded. Yarn specifications will be recorded in the book based on allotted loom. Drawing in and tie-up plan will be recorded . Healds and reeds will be checked . Tension devices shall be checked. Lubrications shall be applied on weekly basis wherever needed. Before starting the loom the entries shall be made in the logbook. Design, draft, tie-up and yarn specification details will be exhibited in the loom front.

  11. Sort : remove unwanted item from workplace and dispose them properly. Set in order: a place for everything and everything in its place . Arrange every item as per its usage frequency making it easily available for use. Shine: clean the workplace and look for the source which is adding dirt and congestion to eliminate that source. Standardise: everything has to do with right order as per set standards with proper housekeeping, and display. Sustain: continue to implement 5S PRACTICES by proper training and audits effectively.
