Skills Framework - Overview Why link competences, skills, and capabilities? Why competences for stewardship and how are these defined? How do competences relate to capabilities that research teams and organisations (institutions) need for the EOSC environment, regardless of the particular service? And how do they relate to skills to use, build, provide services?
Why link competences, skills, capabilities, services? To establish the capabilities that organisations need to develop and reflect in the career development pathways of researchers and support service staff; and the skills needed by individuals to enhance their competencies in open data science and stewardship.
