The Committee for the Student Competition at URosario, UFRJ, UG, UTP, UAalborg, and UANL, in collaboration with Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, is responsible for establishing guidelines and rules for the competition. Criteria for the jury composition, promoting the competition, and defining the competition output are part of their tasks.   4. Guidelines Criteria Verifiable indicator Total points a. Drafting of the project appropriate to the level of training. b. Theoretical frames / concepts in accordance with the level of training 25 points or c. The problem includes the analysis of a diversity of variables. 1. Learning process (PBL) Jury Agreement d. The project carried out sufficient preliminary research citation. e. The used methodology for developing the project is consistent with the settled goals.

  5. Guidelines Criteria Verifiable indicator Total points a. The used methodology for the analysis allows for reading the territories in its complexity and its integrity. 25 points or b. Interdisciplinary composition of the students group. 2. Interdisciplinary work Jury Agreement c. Definition of roles inside the students group. d. Interdisciplinary disciplines of the teachers who advise the process.

  9. Rules 1. The teams will be composed by four or five members. 2. Each team only can be composed by: a. Undergraduate students. b. Enrolled students during the competition. c. Students from at least two studies programs. 3. Each educative institution is responsible for the selection of the team members. 4. The projects have to be done during the time of the Citylab experience. 5. Each project must have the recommendation and signature of professors who advised the process.

  10. Rules 6. All the institutions have to send a video related with its project at least 15 days before the competition. 7. Each project will be evaluated in two times: a. By the evaluation of the video. b. During a posters presentation at The Citylab Students Fair. 8. Each team has to present two posters at The Citylab Students Fair: a. The size of each poster will be A1 or 90 cm X 60 cm. b. One poster has to show the process of the project. c. The other poster has to show the project by itself. 9. After observing the projects, the jury will have a discussion, and the members will determinate the winner team.
