Cost Distribution Projected costs are distributed by Object Class and functional area under option 1 of Section 5- 200-40 B. of the Federal Assistance Manual, breaking out the functional areas by the indicated percentages. Indirect Charges The rate for indirect charges is determined by the Governor s Budget Office, Office of Budget and is 25.23% in FFY 2015.
Benefit Rate The benefit rate calculated by the Bureau of Fiscal Management in October 2014 for the Department s 2015 budget submission was 69.8%.
