NPDES Permit Fees

There are two types of fees associated with
storm water discharges.

An annual fee, which is due in March - industrial or
municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s)
–
A one time application fee for construction sites with
5 acres or more of earth disturbance.

water discharges.

An annual fee, due in January of each year.
