Personal Life Schonberg was born in Vannes France on July 6 1944 He s a record producer, actor, singer, songwriter, and most famously as a musical theatre composer. His father was a organ repairman and his mother a piano tuner.
Popular Works His most popular work in the West being Les Mis rables. His other works include, La R volution Fran aise, Miss Saigon, and The Pirate Queen
Awards and recognition He was nominated for two Tony awards in 1987 for both Best Original Musical Score, and Best Book of a Musical
Popularity Many of Schonberg s songs have been used in other shows, movies, and series.
