Locations with free Wi-Fi are particularly popular among the youth as it allows them to save on the bundle spending (CA, 2015) 4

A National Focus on COP A National Focus on COP Practical initiative on child online protection (Policy, Education, Awareness) multilateral, multi-stakeholder national CA in collaboration with ITU has developed a Framework agreement and project document for the development of a national Strategy on COP in Kenya. Currently undergoing approval process at Ministerial and Cabinet level.
