Global Process Safety Engineering Job Roles/Positions Proposed Roles Description PSE contributes to all stages of asset development and operation, inclusive of support to technology commercialization Individual roles build professional foundation and promote rapid skill development while contributing to the business Process Safety Engineer Advanced PSE is a technical leader of internal and external resources through all stages of asset development & operation, inclusive of technology commercialization Develop capabilities of less experienced engineers within their technical discipline Advanced PSE Principal PSE has deep expertise in a focused technical discipline. The Principal provides guidance to teams, functional organizations, and mentees. They influence Projects and Business partners, and improve work processes. They actively support Job Family function, develop future technical leaders and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. The Principal drives innovation and application of non-standard technology solutions. Principal PSE (P) The Senior Principal PSE has deep expertise across one or more disciplines and breadth of experience across multiple related disciplines and/or business focus areas. This leader advises management on risks and uncertainty associated with complex technical or commercial matters. They coordinate engagement of experts across the corporation to address technical challenges of the business.
