Take A Stand, K-2, is a joint project between
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and the
Oklahoma State University
Cooperative Extension
4-H Youth Development Programs.
Bullies are people who pick on
others on purpose.

They use their power to make
other people feel bad.

Bullies may kick, punch, bite,
or cause physical pain.

They may also call names or
ignore someone on purpose.

Bullies sometimes take
another person’s things.

Bullies don’t just pick on
someone one time. They do it
over and over.

Some people bully because they
are mad or angry.

Others may just want the
attention or like the power.

But there is no room for bullies
here . It’s time to take a stand
against bullying!

Walk away from a bully if they
are being mean to you.

Tell a teacher or adult what
the bully did and ask for help.

Keep your cool and ask the
bully to stop.

If you see someone else being
bullied, try to help them.

Go get a teacher who can
help.
