  11. MEMBERSHIP/ ASSIGNMENTS

  12. MEMBERSHIP Membership in general: 1. High school graduate or be twenty-one years of age. 2. A member cannot have been convicted of or plead no contest to a felony. 3. All Members must pay the membership dues 4. All Members must attend regular meetings of the Association

  13. NEW/TRANSFER OFFICIALS A Probationary Member (a new member with or without previous football officiating experience) is accepted into the Association on a probationary status upon his/her application, registration and payment of all dues. In order to be considered a Transferred Official, that official shall present to the Executive Committee a letter of recommendation from their prior association. This letter must reflect their years of experience in that Association.

  14. ASSIGNMENTS To be eligible for assignment of games, a member must: O Register (as new or Transfer) O Attend Preseason Trainings O Attend Meetings All LHSAA sanctioned football games are assigned by the Assignment Secretary. Members shall not accept a game assignment unless they intend to work the game, and once assigned, shall make every reasonable effort to complete the assignment.
