Audit Tool Enhancements for Quality Market Management Team
The Quality Market Management Team has updated their audit tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Changes include revised scoring criteria, consolidated information, and a focus on key areas such as MCA, DoLs, safeguarding, medication, and finances. The tool now allows for reflective assessment of past recommendations and promotes action-oriented practices. Standards measured cover person-centered care, safety, staff competence, effective management, and a safe environment. The audit tool continues to uphold the five essential standards while introducing technology utilization.
