BALANCING TECHNIQUES FOR EMOTIONAL SIDE (LEFT CHANNEL) 1. Earth 4. Food/ Lifestyle The Earth elements helps the whole left side and also the first chakra (Mooladhara). Sit on the ground or grass, with left hand palm up and the right hand flat on the earth. Put right hand on heart Take more protein, Avoid cold and junk food, Reduce excessive eating of fungus food, Avoid any kind of addictions 2. Fire 5. Exercise / Massage / Asana The Fire element helps the whole left side and particularly the second chakra (Swadisthan). To clear the left side, sit for meditation and hold the left hand towards a candle. Always use care not to have candles too close. Practise exercise /Asana postures which are bending backyard positions Walk and work more.. Practise any creative Art Massage spinal cord from back with coconut or olive oil to relax channels 3. Sun 6. Be collective, Enjoy present Allow morning sun rays to fall on backside of head Stay together with children, family , Friends and Society

BALANCING TECHNIQUES FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SIDE (RIGHT CHANNEL) 1. Ether The Ether element (which is invisible in the air) helps the fifth chakra (Visshuddhi). Outside, tilt the head back and look at the blue sky. Allow your attention to flow into the majesty of the sky and take some deep breaths. 4. Food/ Lifestyle Take more Carbohydrate, Avoid too hot sizzling food, Excessive cold drinks/ice creams, Drink non citric juices, more water 2. Water / Ice The Water element helps the whole right side and also the third chakra (Nabhi) and the Void. Put the feet in the ocean and meditate. Applying an icepack to the liver area may help in cooling the right side. 5. Exercise / Asana / Music Practise exercise /Asana postures which are bending forward positions, Walking in nature / green Breathing Listen Instrumental Music 3. Moon 6. Be with Nature, and family 10-15 minute night walk /seat in night to cool down right side Spent time in cool climate nature with family

1ST & 2ND STEP- BALANCING CLEARING LEFT & RIGHT CHANNEL Place your right palm on your lap & left palm facing sky. Place your left palm on your lap & the right palm on earth. Pray: Please cleanse my right channel Pray: Please cleanse my left channel 3RD & 4TH STEP -CLEARING CROWN & LIMBIC ENERGY CENTRE Place your right hand on your forehead & press tightly. Place the centre of right palm on the top of your head and press firmly. Pray - I forgive everyone including myself. Pray: Please give me self realization The wisdom or the essence of Sahaja Yoga is a balance. Like when you maintain a plant, if you do not give it water it will die. If you give it too much water, it will die. So the wisdom lies in understanding how much water should be given to the plant, so that it comes up at its best. Now this wisdom has to be achieved through your vibratory awareness.
