Actively seeking out and engaging in ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated with the latest advancements in Electrical Mobility, and EV technology and related fields. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of compliance with standards, including testing results, certifications, and safety assessments. Intrapersonal competence in electrical mobility is characterized by excellent intellectual capabilities, innovative mindset, and critical thinking skills. Goal of this competence should be expanding in understanding electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and energy management systems. It is important to come up with good solutions to complex problems in the field of electrical mobility. Engineering competence 2.1 Technical, Analytical *Practical technical ability to use measuring and diagnostic instruments; universal and specific for the type of electric vehicle. *Practical skills in using different tools used in auto repair technology. *The ability to distinguish the type and nature of the problem: mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, software, etc. *Possessing a strong technical foundation in electrical mobility, including knowledge of electric vehicle systems, power electronics,charging infrastructure and battery technology. *Ability in analyzing complex technical problems related to electric mobility and applying expertise to develop effective solutions. 2.2. Scientific. * Scientific competence enables understanding of scientific principles underlying electric vehicle technology and electrical mobility. * Academic staff should have solid grasp of the scientific concepts related to battery chemistry, electric motor efficiency, electronic systems and other scientific aspects relevant to electric mobility. Innovative, Creative, Design Thinking * Mutual cooperation between laboratories, research and innovation centers in universities and the manufacturing industry of these vehicles, relevant institutes or auto repair services, would give a further boost to the development of this industry, electric mobility. * Inclination towards innovation, creative problem-solving and design thinking approach allows professional to envision new ideas in electrical mobility. * It is important continuously seek novel ways to improve electric vehicle performance, user experience, and sustainability. 2.4. Mathematical * Proficiency in mathematics plays a significant role in electrical mobility engineering. It is important to use mathematical tools to model and analyze electric vehicle performance, energy consumption and charging efficiency. Communication 3.2. Teamwork Interpersonal competence in electrical mobility is marked by strong communication skills. Appreciation the contributions of others, actively listen to different perspectives, and promote a positive team dynamic. Team members should effectively convey complex technical concepts related to electric vehicles and electrical mobility to various audiences, including colleagues, students, stakeholders, and the public. Willingness to share knowledge and support toward teammates fosters a cooperative and productive atmosphere for achieving common goals related to electric mobility projects. Team members must be adept at navigating diverse cultural backgrounds and fostering inclusive environments. Management Team members should have the capacity to take on leadership roles and guide teams effectively. Ability in adaptation of communication and collaboration style to suit different cultural contexts enhances effectiveness in projects related to electric mobility. Strong project management skills allows efficiently planing, organization and execution electric mobility projects. Effectively delegation of tasks, set up of priorities and managing resources leads to successful project outcomes. Intercultural competence contributes to successful partnerships and collaborations with HEI stakeholders in Europe.
