Concessions Our concessions stand continues to be a great source of funding for our program. We are very fortunate for our incredible partnership that we have with Frankie s Pizza each week. Concessions crews are filled by our incredible Freshmen Families. We cannot thank each of your enough as this could not be done with out this group. If you are assigned a game, please make sure to show up on time so that we have every resource available to that we continue to make this a valuable part of our fundraising. Big thanks to our volunteers who head this up and lead it every time!
Partnerships We are very thankful for all of our partners, new and old, this year. They play an important role in our fundraising and are a key financial portion of our program and its success! Programs will be hand delivered this year over the next couple of weeks. All Boosters would like to also look at how we can work with them to incorporate the businesses that would like to make one donation to the program.
Volunteering Needs As we begin to enter our playoff portion of the season it is vital that we start to find replacements for volunteers on our board as well as other various positions within our booster club. Some key positions that will be open this year are as follows: President Vice President Treasurer Secretary/Communications Positions are two-year commitment and preferable to have volunteers complete their term by the end of the Junior season so parents can enjoy their player s Senior season.
Wildcat Auction / Wildcat Club Incredible job by Tina Schmidlapp, Aimee Hillblom, Caroline Gates and all of the parents that helped throw yet another incredible Wildcat Auction. Wildcat Club is once again a very successful fundraiser this year. Big thank you goes out to Kim Arellano for all of her hard work this year prepping and setting up the Wildcat Club. This year s auction raised just under 100K and aids our program tremendously moving forward. Goal is to prepare for the influx of kids coming into the program.
Senior Night and EoY Celebration Will be Friday, October 28
