  6. Actor Analysis: In round Weighing actor impacts Quantitative population sizes Be wary, large numbers can be outmatched Relative impact Group X harm < Group Y harm Group X benefit < Group Y harm Ect

  7. Actor Analysis: Avoid Backlash arguments There is always backlash, and thus is a weak argument as passing ANY motion has backlash TH feasibility If TH defined as the government of Canada, cannot argue Well the government would never pass this TH proposition usually assume it can be done
