Abington received $2.7 million from the federal government through the CARES Act, and is set to receive $5 million under the ARPA program. The town has effectively utilized the CARES funding across various categories and is planning strategic investments for the ARPA funds. Details on spending, categories, and future plans were presented to the Finance Committee on February 9, 2022.
