  3. INTRODUCTION Learn English with British Council is a language learning tool facilitated via SMS. The service is a result of collaboration between zMessenger & The British Council. Launched in 2011 July.

  4. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE: SCOPE OF THE SERVICE: Grammar Sentence Usage Synonyms / Antonyms Translations in Sinhala or Tamil Language.
