Journey since May 2017, overwhelmed by membership interest, APAD moved forward with policies, procedures, and project plans. Partnerships were established, course structure defined, and pilot programs initiated. Accredited training for Public Authority Deputyship Officers was developed, aiming to enhance skills and knowledge across England and Wales. Expectations include enrolling case officers and supporting staff. Proposed roll-out includes locations in Wales, Leeds, London, Hampshire, and Birmingham from February to November.
