  7. Opt for 3 meals a day- care to give child size portions Include Iron & Vitamin C rich foods to prevent anaemia Opt for protein rich foods i.e. meat, milk. Children Opt for CHO rich foods for energy i.e. pasta, cereals. Include Calcium & Vitamin D rich foods for strong bones & teeth
