  1. Altar of Incense 2 cubits high X 1 cubit square Overlaid with gold, including the crown. Staves to remain in the sides. Was always to be before the veil between holy and most holy place. Incense was to be continual. ONLY incense to be burned on it! Once a year, with the blood of the sin offering was Aaron atonement. to make

  2. The Census Tax A numbering of the people; but only those 20 years old and older paid. Each was to pay the same shekel. It was used for the maintenance of the tabernacle; later attributed as a temple tax.

  3. The Bronze Laver Aaron and his sons were to wash their hands and feet in this laver. Was required of all subsequent priests who came near the altar to minister at the tabernacle.

  4. The Anointing Oil Made of three principal spices: pure myrrh, sweet cinnamon, and sweet calamus, with cassias and olive oil. Made after the art of the apothecary, it was to be a holy oil. It was used to anoint the tabernacle and all that pertained to it, as well as the priests: all these were to be HOLY and whatsoever touched them was considered holy. It was NOT to be used upon common flesh; nor was its mixture to be copied.

  5. The Incense Mixture Stacte, onycha, and galbanum; with pure frankincense A pure and holy perfume made after the art of the apothecary. Whosoever shall make like unto that, to smell thereto, shall even be cut off from his people.
