A pilot project in Bulgaria aims to improve Internet access for individuals with visual or hearing impairments, especially in remote areas. The current situation is unsatisfactory, particularly for elderly individuals with limited computer skills. The country has policy documents promoting equal opportunities for people with disabilities, including initiatives for active aging and employment. Strategies include providing accessible information services, training opportunities, and online content.
