ECE.I-BEST Program at Clark College
The ECE.I-BEST program at Clark College provides integrated basic education and skills training for students to earn college-level credits and grades. It offers wrap-around support services and opportunities for students to earn the WA state initial certificate. Through team-taught integrated curriculum and support classes, students receive guidance on academic planning for future certificates and degrees in early childhood education. The program recruits students from various backgrounds, including Transitional Studies at Clark College, ESL, GED, and those new to college or childcare facilities. Support includes recruitment, registration assistance, workshops, background checks, and student success guidance.
