As Needed Environmental RFQ Minimum Qualifications Prime Consultant Three (3) years of continuous experience consulting on environmental services projects within the most recent five (5) years Three (3) prior environmental services projects or contract service orders completed within the most recent five (5) years Program Manager Three (3) years of continuous experience managing environmental and related services projects within the most recent five (5) years Three (3) years of continuous experience overseeing contract administration within the most recent five (5) years Subconsultants Two (2) years continuous experience as an established business or personal work experience in the field of environmental and related professional services
