User Registration User Registration - - General General Users must first be registered with Tatmeen to use Tatmeen Mobile and Portal. Users will receive a registration invitation. The form of invitation may vary according to the user's role. There are two type of users: Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for a specific Supply Chain Entity Non Single Point Of Contact (Non-SPOC); different departments within UAE Select NonSCP Admin in navigation menu in the Portal to access User administration interfaces for Non- SPOC. Select SCP Admin in navigation menu in the Portal to access User administration interfaces for SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) of Supply Chain Entities. 4

User Registration User Registration SPOC SPOC The registration invitation for Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) user for each partner will be sent automatically from Tatmeen when the master data for the Partner is received from BrandSync. Within the received data there will also be information about the company s SPOC. To review and manage SPOC users in Tatmeen from the navigation menu select SCP Admin 6

User Registration User Registration SPOC SPOC Filter options: All - shows all users Active - filter to only active users Inactive - filter to only inactive users Invited - filter to user with sent invitation The list of users can be filtered using these options To search for a specific users enter text into the field Search Active users have this icon Press on this icon to make user inactive and unable to login to Tatmeen. Inactive users have this icon Press on this icon to make the user active. User details displayed on the screen can be exported by pressing Export Users details can be reviewed by pressing This will open a new page. By pressing the log of each user login is displayed. 9

Once the Non-SCP user will registered into Tatmeen, he will be able to send registration invitation to other Non-SPOC users.
