Leadership and success are inherent in every individual. We are born as geniuses, but many settle for mediocrity. The key choice lies between being a victim or a leader - complaining or creating opportunities. True leadership is about working brilliantly and behaving masterfully, rather than seeking big titles. It's a call to take charge of our roles, shine where we are, and continually improve ourselves for personal and professional growth.

  2. Leadership and success are your birthright Each one of us is born into a genius. But sadly, most of us die amid mediocrity Choose between - VICTIM (complain, blame about life s problems) or - LEADER (create opportunities, be relentlessly solution oriented)

  3. Leadership and success are your birthright There s only one way an organization will win in today s world we are in. Growing and building the leadership telent of every person throughout the organization. Each one of us need to take the responsibility by becoming CEO of our own roles and leaders within our current positions. We all need to shine where we are planted and shine where we find ourselves.

  4. Leadership and success are your birthright The best you can do it all that you can do. Once you have done that, go home and have a good night s sleep. Relentless learning is one of the main traits of an open and powerful person. Hard times do make better people. Each one of us is built to win in both work and life.

  5. Leadership and success are your birthright Most people think that they will work with mastery when they get a bigger title and when they are granted more responsibility. Just think of Roosevelt or Mandela, Edison or Einstein. They were not driven by money. They were driven by the challenge, by the desire to do something uncommonly great. That made them legends. We all have natural powers to lead that has nothing to do with a big title. Leadership is a lot more about how brilliantly you work and how masterfully you behave. SEW (seriously exceptional work).

  6. Leadership and success are your birthright Life is limited. Average life is only nine hundred sixty months Or about Twenty-nine thousand days. Your choice, become a victim or a leader

  7. Leadership and success are your birthright Few things generate as much happiness as knowing that you are fully realizing your genius, doing brilliant work and spending your life beautifully. If you can t lead yourself, you can never lead anyone around you. It is fine to be content but never satisfied. So improve everything. Improve it daily, relentlessly and passionately.

  8. Leadership and success are your birthright Leaders are those individuals who do the things that failures aren t willing to do even though they might not like doing them either. They have the discipline to do what they know to be important and right versus what s easy and fun. There will be plenty of time to sleep when you are dead. The CEO gets burried next to the street cleaner.

  9. You Need No Title to be a Leader If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets as Michelangelo painted or Beethoven composed music or Shakespear poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well. Dr Martin Luther King Jr. The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don t have any.

  10. You Need No Title to be a Leader Simply remember that no matter your position within the organization and no matter how old you are or where you live. You have the power to show leadership. And no one and nothing can deny you that. Success is created through concsious choice. And is the eventual and inevitable consequence of superior decision making. Anyone can be successful. Few choose to be.
