Brief background of the organisation New heritage foundation is a registered organization based in Cape Town founded by Chantelle and Jerome Goliath in 2013. Both coming from disadvantaged backgrounds had a vision to give back to those that are hopeless and voiceless. HR Policy and practise Before WVL grant After the WVL grant We had no HR Policy mainly because we had no funding or prospects to hire at any time. Sexual Harassment/ Safeguarding Before WVL grant After the WVL grant We had no sexual harassment and safeguarding policies. Now we do have sexual harassment and safeguarding policies Women s Voice and Leadership Learning and Sharing Summit 2023
Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning Before WVL grant After the WVL grant We have no clue what it was or how to do it. All of this were foreign to us. Now we know understand it and learning as well how to perfect it. This has helped us see our growth and our shortcomings Women s Voice and Leadership Learning and Sharing Summit 2023
