  2. ETHS Post-High School Planning Mission: ETHS is committed to empowering ALL students with the tools to make informed decisions about their post-high school options. Our goal is for every student to develop a broader awareness of self and the breadth of opportunities available to them after high school. Simply put, we want students to feel confident about what they will do and how they will do it after graduation from ETHS.

  3. The Roadmap To achieve this, each grade level is assigned tasks that complete their ICAP (Individualized Career & Academic Plan).
