Evaluates coordination, strength and speed. 2 types of tests: - Physical Qualifications Test (PQT) timed-minimum physical standards, i.e. sit-ups, push-ups, a run - Job Standards Test (JST) job-related scenario activities, i.e. running up stairs chasing someone, physical restraint simulation, etc.

Tests usually given are personality inventories Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory -2 (MMPI-2), California Psychological Inventory (CPI), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal and Strong Interest Inventory
