  8. Feedback I enjoyed the course. I have definitely caused a mindset shift for me on how to talk with students about creating an appropriate career plan. Meredith, school counselor I wanted to take a moment to thank you for leading such a useful course. Often PD & educational courses are geared more towards teachers or administrators, not counselors. It was exciting to take a course that is applicable to my profession! I am looking forward to implementing the ideas & concepts I have learned in the course. E. Green, Middle School counselor I really liked the class discussions and hearing what other schools are doing to help their students determine their career path. I think it is very important to educate students on the labor market projections and be realistic with them. The 1:2:7 ratio is a basic, easy to understand method to explain the high need for operatives and technicians. Education on these careers is important, as students may not fully know what opportunities are out there for them in these areas. R. Conley, counselor
