  2. 1) All buildings of Wrocaw University of Science and Technology may only be entered by a healthy person, without any symptoms suggesting an infectious disease, who has not stayed at home with a person undergoing quarantine or home isolation for the last 10 days, or is not under quarantine or home isolation themself. 2) Covering the mouth and nose is obligatory for all persons staying in the campus of WUST. 3) Each building or building complex has a designated room where a person can be isolated in the event of disease symptoms or if their state of health requires it. 4) Information on safety rules is distributed in corridors at various points in the buildings. 5) You should always use disinfectant dispensers before entering the room. They are located in corridors, or by the entrances to some rooms. 6) A distance of 1.5 meters should be kept in corridors and in common parts of the buildings. 2

  3. 7) In the event of experiencing symptoms suggesting COVID-19 infection, stay in the room, inform the head of the dormitory (via phone or e-mail) and contact the primary care physician by phone. 8) The Housing Department, after receiving information about suspected infection, directs the student to the quarantine room or instructs them to self-isolate in the room they are currently occupying. 9) Afterwards, they inform the Health and Safety Department (+48 71 320 25 81 or by e-mail: bhp@pwr.edu.pl) and the Dean's Office of the relevant Faculty / Doctoral School about this fact. 10)A person suspected of being infected is obligated to immediately create a list of people they have had contact with at the University and a list of full-time classes in which they had participated (within the last 10 days). 11)The Health and Safety Department will get in touch with the relevant Deans Offices and provide them with the necessary information and guidelines. 3

  4. 12)People who have had contact with a person suspected of being infected should self-isolate until further guidelines are available, introduce self-monitoring of their health, and in the event of noticing symptoms of COVID-19, immediately contact a primary care physician / ambulance station and notify the head of the dormitory. 13)People who have had contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 should contact the sanitary-epidemiological station and, until further instructions are available, self-isolate and conduct self-monitoring of their health. In the event of noticing symptoms of COVID-19, they should immediately contact a primary care physician / ambulance station and notify the head of the dormitory / reception desk by phone. 14)Individuals subject to quarantine or isolation should be provided with the basic daily necessities and meals by an external catering company(for a fee), according to the rules established by the management of the Housing Department. 15)Common rooms previously used by a person under quarantine or isolation, should be closed first and immediately disinfected before they are allowed to be used again by other residents of the dormitory. 4

  5. 16)People who feel unwell before arriving at the dormitory (disease symptoms diagnosed as influenza or attributed to COVID-19), who have been in physical contact with a person undergoing quarantine or home isolation within the last ten days, or who are themselves quarantined or isolated at home, must absolutely report this fact to the head of the dormitory and set an individual date of accommodation after the symptoms have ceased. 17)During check-in, all persons are obliged to observe the rules of social distancing, cover their mouth and nose and disinfect their hands at the entrance to the building. 18)Only inhabitants and employees of student dormitories may stay in them. It is not possible for other people to enter dormitories, including parents, wishing to help their children move in. 19)Letting people who are not inhabitants into the dormitories will be treated as exposing residents to loss of health or life with all its consequences (immediate eviction, reporting the incident to the disciplinary commission and notification of sanitary services). 5
