Executive Leadership Harriett Olson
Sung-ok Lee Connectional Officer Sung-ok Lee is responsible for developing and strengthening United Women in Faith s relationships with U.S. and international partners working on the needs of women, children and youth in the church and society. She guides the work of United Women in Faith s member-elected Jurisdiction Leadership Teams and oversees International Mission and National Mission, bylaws development and governance processes. Lee also oversees the work of the Office of Deaconess/Home Mission Officer, a lay service order within The United Methodist Church.
Susan Moberg Corporate Secretary Susan Moberg serves the Office of the General Secretary/CEO through administrative oversight of the United Women in Faith Board of Directors and Program Advisory Group. She is responsible for the execution of Board and Program Advisory Group meetings and acts as the recording secretary to the Board of Directors, Program Advisory Group and Senior Leadership Team. Moberg serves as the records officer for United Women in Faith as well as the staff contact for conference secretaries.
Tamara Clark Treasurer/CFO Tamara Clark is responsible for the financial management of United Women in Faith. She oversees the organization s budget-planning processes, financial reporting, record keeping and managing of incoming funds and expenditures. Previously, Clark served as treasurer and director of administration of the Wisconsin Conference as well as accountant and secretary of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference.
Mollie James- Vickery Operations Officer Mollie James-Vickery is responsible for oversight of United Women in Faith s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. She supervises the national Operations Office, Human Resources and Facilities Management, Information Technology, Events Management, Communications, and Program Evaluation/Management.
Board of Directors 25 members all United Women in Faith members dedicated to shepherding our success across these key areas: program policies, finances and property, and executive staff. Purposefully structured to meet the needs of women organized for mission, 20 board members are elected by member delegations in five regional jurisdictions, while an additional five are selected through a nomination process designed to ensure diversity of age, race, language and physical ability. Our leadership also includes our valued Program Advisory Group, created to give voice to the membership into the programs and initiatives of our organization and provide meaningful connection across the denomination. This group provides representation from each of the Annual Conferences and from six general agencies, regional missionaries, deaconesses and home missioners, as well as the World Federation of Methodist and Uniting Church Women.
