  3. Formulate Definition: To create or devise methodically Simple English: Making something in a very specific procedure.

  4. Civic

  5. Civic Definition: Of or relating to a city or town, esp. its administration. Simple English: Things that have to do with the important people/places of the town.

  6. Supplemented

  7. Supplemented Definition: Something that completes or enhances something else when added to it. Simple English: Makes what your adding it to complete or better.

  8. Inept

  9. Inept Definition: Having or showing no skill. Simple English: You are bad at something.

  10. Majority

  11. Majority Definition: The greater number. Simple English: The biggest.

  12. Eerie

  13. Eerie Definition: Strange and frightening. Simple English: Things that are weird.

  15. Predict Definition: To say or estimate that a specific thing will happen in the future or will be a consequence of something. Simple English: To estimate that something will happen in the future.
