Flex Friday Taos Middle School
Flex Friday Daily Schedule Daily Schedule Advisory 7:45 8:00 15-minute advisory Session 1 8:03 - 9:28 85 minutes Students will start and end the day in advisory. Session 2 9:31 - 10:56 85 minutes Advisory teachers will let students know if they have to attend tutoring that day and with what tutor. L1 21-minute lunch 10:51 - 11:16 Advisory 21-minute lunch students go home. L2 11:20-11:45 Advisory teachers continue to support students with grades, assignments, family communication and SEL strategies. Session 3 Online iReady (math and reading) Session 4 Online SEL/Journal in Canvas Students will have access to their Friday afternoon sessions since the Tuesday before. Giving them 3 days to complete their work. Lunch 12:00-12:30 Staff duty free lunch Teacher Prep 12:30-1:15 45-minute prep time 90 minutes of data, behavior, MLSS, etc PLC 1:15-2:45

Grading Session Class Points Enrichment or Tutoring Enrichment or Tutoring iReady Math or Reading 1 30 points Students will be graded on participation in both enrichment and tutoring classes in Sessions 1 and 2. They will have to upload their signed participation sheet into canvas for a grade during the second part of advisory. Session 3 will be a screen shot of their iReady MyPath completion score submitted to Canvas. Session 4 will be a submission in Canvas 2 30 points 3 20 points SEL/Journal Canvas Assignment 4 20 points
