NEP 2020 @ KBC NMU,JALGAON Implementation from AY 2023-24 University Campus: New 04, Four Year UG programs with novel major & minor options 1) B.Sc. (Computer Science) 2) B.Sc. (Mathematical Science) 3) B.B.A. (Management) 4) B.A. (Social Science) All PG programs Five B.Tech. programs Affiliated Colleges: All UG/PG programs at Autonomous colleges All PG programs run in affiliated colleges
Dual Language Courses (English & Marathi) on Campus from AY 2023-24 B.B.A. M.Sc. (Computer Science) M.A. / M.Sc. (Geography) M.Sc. (Mathematics) M.Sc. (Environment Science) Also, Initiated the development of study material in Marathi in a phase wise manner. University has signed MoUs with institutions, organisations, industries etc. for mandatory embedded internships. NEP 2020 @ KBC NMU, JALGAON
Digital Skill Development Centre University has setup a Digital Skill Development center from AY 2022-23, where skill courses are available in online mode. Digital Adjunct Faculty Programme Renowned experts from other Universities, Industries, National Institutes are invited for adjunct faculty program from AY 2022-23. Total 34 faculties had contributed to Digital programme in all the schools on campus. Following Skill courses available: 11 in house developed skill courses from 4 schools University English communication skills Other skill courses offered by NASSCOM, Infosys Career Katta by MITSC & MKCL Club for Adjunct Faculty springboard, NEP 2020 @ KBC NMU, JALGAON
Innovation: KBCNMU Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Linkages (KCIIL) Section 8 Company CIN: U85300MH2019NPL330765 Empowered by Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of Maharashtra under Maharashtra State Innovation Society Incubator Scheme Summary of activities New Initiative Total Startups on boarded (Pre-Incubation Program): Providing them co-workspace, technical & business mentoring, access to state-of-the-art infrastructure & labs 32 Total Startups Graduated: 04 Total Employment Generated : 71 KIEDC established : Create entrepreneurial culture in colleges Jalgaon:34, Dhule: 17 and Nandurbar: 10 65 Mentors on boarded: From Industry & Academia 40 Low engagement sessions: On basics of Entrepreneurship, Idea Generation, IPR, etc. 30 Linkages developed : Industry & Govt. connects etc. for developing the prototype 14 Host Institution contribution: It is being utilized for Seed funding to startups 37.5 Lakhs Others
