  8. Look at the picture and Answer to the questions. Q1: Who asked the question, Whose child is this? In the poem? Ans: The poet asked the question Whose child is this? in the poem. Q2: How many times did he ask the question, Whose child is this? Ans: He asked the question, Whose child is this? three times. Q3: Who answered the question in stanzas 1, 2 and 3? Ans: In stanza 1, the parents answered the question. In stanza 2, the teacher answered the question. And In stanza 3, both parents and teacher answered the question together.

  12. Ans: Parents love their children and look after them. So in answer to the question Whose child is this? the parents says Mine . Here min is the possessive case of I . The child in the school is also loved and taken care of by a teacher. So, when the same question is asked to the teacher the reply is mine . Again when the same question is asked to both parents and a teacher the answer is ours . Here ours is the possessive case of we . By ours both the parents and the teacher mean that the child belongs to them both.

  13. Home work You will bring to write 10 meaningful sentences about OurParents .
