4. Getting Started TX21st is a web-based system used to collect, maintain, and report data for the Texas ACE Program. Information is collected on staff, students, and family members who participate in ACE Activities. TEA collects more than 300 data fields in the TX21st system. The information is reported to the U.S. Department of Education. Staff with authorized access can edit Grantee and Center level information. Funded by the 21st CCLC Program administered by the US Department of Education

5. System Access Register for TEAL account: Go to https://tealprod.tea.state.tx.us/ Click Request New User Account near the top of the page Enter the requested information in the required fields Click Submit Funded by the 21st CCLC Program administered by the US Department of Education
