2. Purpose This document is meant to be a source of information to help coordinate and assist NOAA,NASA and USAF teams during the 2016 El Nino Rapid Response project. As an agency lead, please feel free to add, subtract, change any entry listed. Once all additions are complete, return any changed slides to NOAA and they will be compiled and a full version will be redistributed.
