The Office of New Student Recruitment aims to provide outreach services and support for prospective students to enhance the college application and admissions process. Their collaborative efforts reflect a commitment to ethics, equity, and access. Meanwhile, the CAS self-study process involves individual review of CAS Standards & Guidelines, team discussions for scoring consensus, and documentation gathering. Identified strengths include the mission accuracy and emphasis on ethical conduct, but opportunities lie in setting quantitative goals and increasing leadership dissemination. Recruitment faces challenges due to the lack of dedicated meeting space at its off-campus location.
