  2. Low Secure Service Moorlands View is the in-patient unit for men with mental health problems who require management under conditions or low security. They may have received input from the criminal justice systems. COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH TEAMS (ADULTS) Provides a comprehensive community based mental health service that is able to respond to the needs of the local people who may have complex and enduring mental health problems which require specialist intervention beyond what is available at a primary care level. They work with other health professionals to provide support and treatment for services users and carers. The types of conditions they work with include: schizophrenia, severe depression or depression that has not responded to treatment, bipolar affective disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, severe phobias, severe anxiety, severe personality disorders and eating disorders. The majority of people with learning disabilities in the district can get their health needs met by mainstream health services, however for some people with more complex needs, they need additional support from specialist clinicians to ensure they can stay as healthy and well as possible. Community team The health support team is a specialist team of health clinicians that includes nurses, physios, OT, speech and language therapist, dieticians, psychologists, psychiatrists and health support workers. Specialist clinics We have specialist dental, podiatry, ophthalmology and audiology clinics for people who are unable to access mainstream health services.
