Simplify project management, compliance monitoring, and payment verification with the innovative system presented by Charles Groshens. This system streamlines DBE participation, labor compliance monitoring, payment processing, and bidder/quoter submissions. Accessible at no cost, it facilitates accurate reporting, reduces administrative workload, and enables electronic filing of payrolls and subcontractor payments. Contractors can easily enter payrolls through manual input, spreadsheet conversion, or XML file import, ensuring quick confirmation and verification. With secure access granted to prime and subcontractors by MnDOT, this system sets a new standard for project efficiency and transparency.
