JCI NIGERIA 100% EFFICIENCY PROGRAM 2024
100% Efficiency Timelines All Year Task Delivery date STANDARD 1: Maintain an Up-To-Date Membership Database: Update the JCI Nigeria secretariat with Local Board of Directors list and Constitution. Submit by January 15, 2024 for 10 points. Submit by February 15, 2024 for 5 points. STANDARD 2: Create and Adopt a Yearly Plan of Action and Budget Send Local Organization Plan of Action(which is aligned to the 2019-2024 JCI Strategic Plan and 2024 JCI Nigeria Plan of Action) and Budget via email to the Executive Secretary February 1 , 2024, for 10 points. STANDARD 3: Make Timely and Complete Dues Payments Pay dues in full (JCI & JCI Nigeria) no later than March 31st 2024 Request a dues payment plan not later than February 15th,2024, and follow the plan to complete the payment (evidenced by submission of the payment plan document to the Executive Secretary), NOTE: ALL PAYMENT PLAN REQUEST MUST NOT EXCEED AUGUST 31 2024 March 31st 2024 for 10 points February15th,2024, and follow the plan to comp lete payment for 5 points STANDARD 4: Reports Send end of the year report by September 30th Send start of year report ( Plan of action) by FEBUARY 1st Send mid- year report by July 10th5 points. End of year Report September 30th 10 points Plan of action by FEBUARY 1st 10 points Mid-yearreport by July 10th 5 points. STANDARD 5: Conduct an Officer s Orientation Organize and conduct the Local Officer s Training School, after which you must submit a (must include but not limited to: attendee list, facilitators, training topics, and photos) Submit by February 28, 2024, for 10 points.
100% Efficiency Timelines All Year Task Delivery date STANDARD 6: JCI RISE & SKILL UP Conduct project/programs that depicts the JCI RISE & SKILL UP Initiative before August 31 2024 On or before 31st August 2024 10 Points 15 days before the opening of the 2024 JCI Nigeria National Convention to receive 5 points STANDARD 7 Submit Complete Membership Declarations Submit membershipdeclaration form to the JCI Nigeria National Secretariat no later than 31st August 2024. 31st August 2023 for 10 points. Achieve 3 out of the 3 criteria below for 10 points Achieve 2 out of the 3 criteria below for 6 points Achieve 1 out of the 3 for 3 points STANDARD 8: Expanding Your Impact Achieve 5 projects using the JCI Action Framework Increase number of your Local Organization members taking action 50% membership growth) 4 STANDARD 9: Sharing stories of Impact through Publications Publish a print or electronic Local Publication with each issue containing information on at least one impactful project, one JCI Program and/or JCI Event. Physical be sent to JCI Nigeria National Secretariat quarterly/publications receive 10 points 2 bi-annual issues /publications receive 5 points issues to to and/or electronic copies must Have at least two members of the Local Organization attend all 4 events below to gain 10 points. Have at least two members of the Local Organization attend at least 2 events to gain 5points STANDARD 10: Participation at JCI & JCI Nigeria Events 2024 JCI Nigeria Area Council of Presidents Meetings 2024 JCI Nigeria Conferences(of your Area) 2024 JCI Africa & The Middle East Conference and 2024 JCI Nigeria National Convention Upload project Five (5) Action Framework based projects to earn 10 points Three (3) Action Framework based projects to earn 7 points STANDARD 11: Submitting Impact Projects to the JCI Nigeria Project Gallery Upload project information, materials and photos directly to the JCI Project Gallery on the JCI Website (www.jci.cc) and JCI Nigeria Website and mobile app(www.jci.ng).
Standard 12: Populating a member and alumni database JCI Nigeria seeks to extend its impact by reintegrating alumni who are within the age of 18 and 40 into the organization Requirements: Collate and forward a member & Alumni Database (Name, phone number & e-mail) to the JCIN Secretariat by January 31st for 10 points Forward the database to es@jci.ng and copy secretariatsupport@jci.ng before March 31st for 5 points
Standard 13: Registration on JVC In line with the JCI direction of fostering an active virtual community on the JVC, JCI Nigeria seeks to ensure registration and active participation of members across Local Organizations Requirements: Ensure full registration of all members on the JVC by January 31st for 15 points Ensure registration of 80% of members on the JVC by January 31st for 10 points Ensure registration of 50% of members on the JVC by January 31st for 5 points Ensure registration of all members on the JVC by March 31st for 5 points
Standard 14 Awards (JCI & JCIN) Timelines Task Delivery date Submit at least three award entries and nominate at least one Judge at your JCI Nigeria Conference and the JCI Nigeria National Convention for 10 points. Submit at least one award entry and nominate at least one Judge at either JCI Nigeria Conferences or the JCI Nigeria National Convention for 5 points. Submit Award Entries and Registering Judges
Bonus Opportunities to Achieve 100% Efficiency Bonus opportunities to help supplement a JCI Local Organization s points earned to support them in achieving 100% Efficiency. Each completed bonus opportunity is worth 5 points. Bonus 1: Appoint a Local Strategic Plan Committee and design a 5 year Strategic Plan Bonus 2: Make a donation to JCIN towards the Permanent Secretariat Project Bonus 3: Share the JCI Action Framework Externally with 2 organizations Bonus 4: Produce Annual Audited Financial Account Bonus 5: Achieve a membership growth rate of 50 % by NATCON 2024 (Newly recruited) Bonus 6: Participate and be active on all JCIN social media handles
Bonus Opportunities to Achieve 100% Efficiency Bonus opportunities to help supplement a JCI Local Organization s points earned to support them in achieving 100% Efficiency. Each completed bonus opportunity is worth 5 points. Bonus 7: Collaborate with Government, Civil Society Organization, or private sector partner to Plant Trees in designated areas (schools or institutions), Bonus 8: Have at least two activities of the Local Organization published in print media before September 30th
