RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS INTRODUCTION This document will provide rules and recommendations for measures to be deployed at headquarters to prevent and control the spread of Covid-19 and the potential contamination of personnel. It will be communicated to all personnel via a display in headquarters. A Covid-19 Referent will be appointed for each floor of the building. His/her duties will include training of personnel, informing and verifying the deployment of control measures. In the document, the rules (mandatory requirements) will be written in blue. Mandatory Strongly Recommended This guide is largely inspired by Sogea Satom's guide produced for the Rueil-Malmaison headquarters.

  4. RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS On the way to work Use a surgical or general public mask when taking public transport. Take temperature. If > 38 : stay at home and inform your manager. Wear long sleeves if possible If possible, tie up hair, no rings or earrings. Avoid contact with external surfaces as much as possible and KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF YOUR FACE Wash your hands after touching an outside surface. Avoid contact with others. Keep a distance of more than 1 m from any person. Cough into your elbow and do not touch your face before washing your hands.

RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS Arrival at the reception desk Contactless digital forehead thermometers available on a self- service basis for employees who wish to monitor their temperature under the supervision of the QHSE department Keep a distance of 1 m from the people around you Talk to the receptionist behind her protective glass. Respect the markings on the floor Use the available hydro-alcoholic gels to disinfect your hands A Covid-19 Appointed Person will be appointed for each floor of the building. His/her duties will include training staff, informing and verifying the deployment of controls. The names and contacts of your Referees will be clearly displayed on each floor

  6. RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS Arrival at the office Avoid contact with others. Keep a distance of more than 1 m from any person Maximum 2 people in the elevator Wash hands with soap and water or hydroalcoholic gel If possible, ventilate the office (twice a day for 10 to 15 minutes) Keeping the work environment clean Disinfect your phones and glasses twice a day with water and soap or alcohol Limit the transmission of paper documents to what is strictly necessary (wash hands before and after transmission) Do not touch your face before washing your hands

  7. RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS Setting up a meeting Keep a distance of more than 1 m from other people in the room. Ensure at least 1 m distance between each person in the room (revise room capacity if necessary) Make sure that the meeting is not possible from a distance Wash your hands before entering the meeting room. When the meeting lasts more than one hour, the windows should be opened at least once to ensure air renewal. Wash your hands after the meeting Reduce the duration of the meeting to the strict minimum When positioning in the room, avoid face-to-face situations.

  8. RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS Lunch at noon Keep a distance of 1m from the people around you, or even eat alone. The catering service will be closed until further notice. The canteen will remain open for : those who want to reheat the dish they brought from home... come and collect the lunch basket they ordered. Wash your hands before and after lunch It is also possible to bring your own meal and eat at your office. Clean the utensils you used for your meal. Throw your leftovers in a trash can, without touching it.

RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS During breaks Avoid socializing in the smoking area and maintain a distance of 1 m from those around you Wash your hands before and after the break Avoid sharing food and snacks with others Keep a distance of 1m from people around you Dispose of newspapers, magazines and books in the break area Throw your leftovers in a trash can, without touching it Clean the mugs you used for your tea/coffee

RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS On the way home Wash your hands before leaving the office If possible, tie up hair, no rings or earrings Put on a surgical or general public mask when taking public transport If possible, wear long sleeves Cough into your elbow and do not touch your face before washing your hands Avoid contact with external surfaces and DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE Avoid contact with others. Keep a distance of more than 1 m from any person Wash your hands after touching an outside surface

  11. RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS As soon as you get home Disinfect your personal belongings (phones, glasses, wallet, keys, backpack, etc.) Take off your shoes Also disinfect objects brought in from outside Disinfection It is recommended that objects be wiped twice a day with a cloth soaked in 75% alcohol or a disinfectant wipe, which can be increased to four times if used frequently. Wash hands with soap and water or hydroalcoholic gel Ventilate rooms regularly
