Dismissal 3:30 p.m. Doors open for parent pick up. If you are picking up your child, a written note must be sent in. We do not accept phone calls as proof of release. Please be prompt in picking up your child at the bus stop. 3:45 p.m. Final bus wave off. All parents should be at the assigned bus stops by 3:45 p.m. Kindergarten students will NOT be released from the bus without the presence of a designated adult. If no adult is present, your child will be returned to the building and parent/designee on contact card info is required to come to school and pick them up. Photo ID will be required. Health Information Physicals and Immunizations Medication must be dropped off by an adult and brought to the nurse. Do not send in backpack. Allergies Emergency Contacts Extra set of clothes in back in case of a bathroom accident. (If child cannot change themselves, parent will be called.) If your child is sick, you will receive a call to come pick them up from the Nurse s Office. If your child stays home sick, must have no symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) and fever free with no medication for a full 24 hours in order to be able to return to school. If your child tests positive for COVID-19, please notify the school. Transportation Tags were included in the mailing. Please have your child wear this tag to school for the first few weeks (at least through September). The other one should be placed in your child s backpack and remain there for the entire year. All transportation information can be found on the Parent Portal. Please be sure someone is at the bus stop to greet your child. NO released from the bus unless a designated adult is present. Before and After Care Program SCOPE Program Hours: Morning-7AM-start of school day Afternoon-Dismissal 6:30PM The program s drop-off and pick-up is in the cafeteria. Students who participate in the program are escorted directly to their classes in the AM and picked-up in PM by SCOPE staff. Registration is required and can only be submitted on-line.
