Timeline November 2017 MC F2F Tiger team with reps from all nodes was proposed to focus on improvement of the PDS website (https://pds.nasa.gov) December 2017 WITT was formed April 2018 MC F2F Prototype was demonstrated and approved for implementation May 7, 2018 Simplified PDS website was released June 29, 2018 Completed collection of feedback July 2018 2 telecons were held 08/29/18 Website Improvement Tiger Team 3

4. Positive Feedback The WITT beta website is a big improvement and much easier to use than the old site. The search function works great and will serve the majority of users much better than the existing website. Separating the PDS3 material to a separate and less prominent area has made a big improvement to the clarity and usability. Overall look and feel is simpler and easier to navigate, PDS4 is now prominent (all good!) 08/29/18 Website Improvement Tiger Team 4

Major Feedback / Response Issues Phonebook: make publicly available Mgmt/EN site content & links: make publicly available Redesign/modernization of look & feel and styling Responses Phonebook is available on EN, Mgmt and MC sites Reviewed Mgmt/EN site content and did not find any to move to PDS site. Did not see the need to provide link on PDS site for EN and Mgmt sites since users do not need those details Request MC to provide guidance and consider options pertaining to redesign/modernization of look and feel 08/29/18 Website Improvement Tiger Team 5
