Ways to give club uses Multiple Donor Form 1. club lists members + member IDs on form 2. members gives $ to club 3. indicate fund 4. club sends form and one payment (cheque or EFT) 5. each member receives a tax receipt.
Ways to give member uses form 1. complete The Rotary Foundation Contribution Form Google: Rotary 123-EN-(518) 2. select frequency(optional) (monthly / quarterly / annual) 3. currency should be $AUD 4. credit card, cheque or EFT.
How to make a payment For individual and business/corporate donations please use, St George Bank Acct Name: The Australian Rotary Foundation Trust For Club donations please use; BSB No: 332 084 St George Bank Acct No: 551038195 Acct Name: The Rotary Foundation BSB No: 332 084 IMPORTANT: Please advise risppo@rotary.org of the donation BEFORE or ON THE DAY of the bank transfer Acct No: 100345225 Once complete please save the file as a .pdf and email it to Melissa Asanza - Melissa.Asanza@rotary.org along with details, date of the Direct Deposit Reference your payment with Club Name and Club ID
