  3. 3 Course Structure Daily Schedule Morning Lectures 9am to noon Lunch noon to 2pm Afternoon Lectures 2pm to 4pm Homework Sessions ~7pm to ~11pm Lectures sections will be punctuated by short breaks Grade Scores Homework 70% assigned daily. Midterm Exam 10% 2 questions over 2 hours. Final Exam 20% 4 questions over 3 hours. Letter grades will be based on a curve. We have the equivalent of one semester to cover a topic that could easily be three or four semesters. Strategy: Focus on the subset of Classical Mechanics and Electromagnetism most relevant to Accelerators. This course can serve as general preparation for more advanced USPAS courses that are offered regularly.
