Update from National Group (3) Care Inspectorate Inspection Focus Area - on today's agenda Q dentist not allowed to write treatment in the resident s notes because of data protection A - This should not be the case Good practice to have a visiting professionals record Instructions should be then transferred to the person s care plan Some professionals write in daily notes but this tends to get lost in time
