A 34-year-old female presented a rare case of ectopic pregnancy with a history of amenorrhea. The patient was asymptomatic with normal vital signs. Examination revealed no abnormal findings except for minimal right adnexal tenderness. Routine and specific investigations showed positive findings, leading to emergency laparoscopic right salpingectomy. Intra-operative images displayed the ectopic pregnancy in the fallopian tube. Appropriate management and procedures were carried out efficiently under the guidance of experienced medical professionals.
