A common problem for school dropouts and university graduates alike is that employers want to see work experience as well as relevant qualifications. Work placements offer the perfect opportunity to gain work experience whilst studying. As well as adding value to your CV and boost your chances of getting hired. If you perform well on a work placement, you might be offered a job at the company after your placement ends.
