Spotify follows a unique team structure consisting of Squads, Tribes, Chapters, and Guilds. Squads are mini-startups responsible for specific missions, Tribes are collections of related Squads, Chapters are small groups with similar skills, and Guilds are wide-reaching interest communities. Each element plays a crucial role in Spotify's agile organization.
